very easy to use--and not messy like powder! i'm drinking 4 drops of MB with vit C IN water through straw and my teeth have never been stained.

Was really impressed with the delivery. The first thing I noticed was the brain fog started to lift after the second dose. I do have more energy since taking it as well and am sleeping much better. After 10 days have been advised to reduce to taking it every 3 days. On the whole like the product.

For context, I'm 145 lbs and I take 8 drops twice a day. Even at such a low dose I feel a tremendeous improvement in my overall energy level and mental clarity. I've seen faster recovery from injuries and a healthier gut, even without my usual probiotics, my gut is more regular than ever. It was kind of nerve racking trying to mix it properly and I ended up staining my fingers and countertop, it took a lot of scrubbing to get it off. I've been through the ringer when it comes to being iron deficient...needless to say finding the right supplement that works with my body has been a frustrating journey. Many options caused side effects like nausea, constipation or stomach upset, particularly these iron pills my doctor recommened intially- if you can stomach them then by all means but for me I hated them. This is kind of embarrassing but for a while I didn't even realize that liquid iron was a thing until I googled it! This Nano brand has been great so far, I'm currently on my third bottle.
