Giving this a try after reading Mark Sloan's book on Methylene Blue. This is the cleanest methylene blue I've come across thus far.

I take the 2 tablets daily to boost my immune system in the winter, so far so good!

Feels like mitochondrial support rather than stimulation. Works best when stacked thoughtfully.
