Shipping policy

Order Processing: Please allow 2 business days for your order to be processed. Once your order is ready for shipment, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Where Do We Ship From: Your order will be shipped from our facility in North America.

Shipping Fees: Shipping Charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. For orders over $39 local currency, your shipping charges will be free.

Shipping times are subject to stock availability and exclude clearance/customs delays and processing times. The above timeframes are to be used as a guide only.

Please note that no delivery is made on Sundays and public holidays. Orders placed on weekends and holidays will be processed and shipped during regular business hours. 

Delivery delays do occur on occasion. Nano Colloidals is not liable or responsible for delays that are beyond our control (customs clearance delays, severe weather, natural disasters, and other conditions). We are not liable for any customs and taxes imposed on your order. All fees incurred during or after shipping are on your account (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

By purchasing, you agree that Nano Colloidals is not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages in transit. For items not received, you can file a claim within (30) days from the order date. We reserve the right and discretion to reject claims after that time frame. For timely filed claims, we will:

  • Open an investigation with our shipper (takes 7-10 days to complete);
  • In case of confirmed non-delivery, the carrier typically will find and deliver your package; and
  • In case of confirmed non-delivery and your package is not found, you may claim the courier's insurance to cover the cost of the lost package. Please note that the courier company typically handles the claims process directly.

Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Address: If you discover an error in your shipping address after placing your order, please contact us immediately. While we will do our best to make any necessary changes before the package is processed and shipped, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so after a shipping label has been issued for your package. If no contact is made and an order is shipped to an incorrect address due to an error provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping the order to the correct address. Alternatively, we can issue a refund for the order amount, minus the initial shipping costs incurred by us.

Unclaimed or Returned Packages: If a package is unclaimed or returned to the sender after a designated holding period, we will process it as follows: 

  • Refund Option: Upon receipt of the unopened package in its original condition, we will gladly offer a full refund for the returned goods, minus the initial shipping costs and any applicable return shipping fees. 
  • Reshipment Option: If the customer requests the package to be reshipped, the customer will be responsible for paying the shipping fee for the new shipment.

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and that arrangements are made to claim your package within the holding period to avoid additional fees or delays.

Cross-border Customs: While we strive to stay informed of customs regulations in major shipping destinations, it remains the customer's responsibility to confirm the import permissibility of their chosen products before placing an order. While the vast majority of international shipments pass through customs seamlessly, we do advise familiarizing yourself with potential procedures and restrictions to ensure a smooth delivery experience.

In the unlikely event that your package is refused by customs officials, please be assured that most are typically returned to the sender after a designated holding period. Should this occur, we will gladly offer a full refund for the returned goods, minus the initial shipping costs and any applicable return shipping fees, upon receipt of the unopened package in its original condition. Unfortunately, in the rare instances where customs authorities confiscate and destroy a package, a refund cannot be issued.

By placing an international order through our website, you acknowledge and accept the terms outlined above regarding potential customs clearance processes and associated costs. While the probability of encountering customs complications is very low, we encourage international customers to familiarize themselves with their local import regulations to ensure a smooth delivery process.
