Return Eligibility: Only unopened and sealed products are eligible for return. Our commitment to quality is reflected in the intact safety seals on our bottles and stickers sealing the boxes. Once these are compromised, the product is considered opened and, unfortunately, cannot be returned.
Initiating a Return: Should your product meet the specified return criteria, please reach out to us within 15 days of the delivery date. You can contact us at info@nanocolloidals.com to commence the return process. All returns must be physically received within 15 days from the delivery date to be eligible.
Return Shipping: As a growing company, we do not currently provide return shipping labels or cover the cost of return shipping. For your peace of mind, we strongly recommend using a trackable courier service to ensure the safe and secure return of your product. Please note that the initial shipping and processing cost incurred by us is non-refundable. This amount, along with a 5% credit card processing fee (of the total order amount), will be automatically deducted from your total refund.
Damaged Returns: If the returned product arrives damaged, regrettably, a refund cannot be issued.
Refund Processing Time: Please allow 10-15 business days for your return to be processed and approved once it arrives at our return facility. Successful refund requests are subject to a 5% credit card processing fee.
Order Cancellation: If you change your mind, please inform us as soon as possible with your cancellation request. Because we are committed to delivering your order as quickly as possible, the cancellation window is very limited. We may be unable to cancel your order once it has reached a particular stage of the fulfillment process. But don't worry, as long as the products in your order are still sealed and unopened, you can return them for a refund. Successful order cancellation requests are subject to a 5% cancellation credit card processing fee.
Price Matching:

Damage or Defects: We understand that packages can sometimes get damaged during shipping. If your order arrives damaged due to the courier's negligence, please follow these steps:
- Simply email us with detailed photos and a description of the damage. Our helpful customer support team will guide you through the claims process and share instructions on how to claim your shipping insurance.
- Your order has shipping insurance up to $100 to cover the cost of damage. Please note that the courier company typically handles the claims process directly.
- While you wait for the courier insurance to reimburse you, we are happy to offer a replacement. However, please note that shipping charges will apply for the replacement order.

- It is important to inspect your package for damage upon arrival and document any issues with photos.
- Filing a claim with the courier company is essential to ensure you receive reimbursement for the damage.
