High Potency Colloidal Liquid Iron 50 PPM

I loved how easy this was on my stomach and tastes like water. So easy to take. It unfortunately caused a lot of constipation for me. I may try taking a tiny amount and see if that helps but I’m not sure it will be enough to raise ferritin.

I've been through the ringer when it comes to being iron deficient...needless to say finding the right supplement that works with my body has been a frustrating journey. Many options caused side effects like nausea, constipation or stomach upset, particularly these iron pills my doctor recommened intially- if you can stomach them then by all means but for me I hated them. This is kind of embarrassing but for a while I didn't even realize that liquid iron was a thing until I googled it! This Nano brand has been great so far, I'm currently on my third bottle. I can take it without issue and I haven't experienced any unpleasant side effects. Most importantly my iron levels have finally reached the normal range! It took a while to see a difference but I'm so grateful to have found an iron supplement that actually works for me. I don't usually write reviews for things I buy online unless it has a dramatic impact on my life and in this case it has!

Decided to purchase this for my mother who has IBS, diverticulitis, low iron, CHF... unfortunately the list goes on.

This iron supplement is so easy to slip past my picky kids. I simply add it to their yogurt or orange juice once a day and I can see an increase in their energy levels. Plus, it's tasteless and the dropper bottle makes it incredibly convenient to use.
