My 6 year-old Siamese Oliver was licking his genitals excessively and was frequently urinating in small amounts outside the litter box. He was also showing visible pain when he urinated. I gave this to him at the recommended dose of 2ml per 10lbs of bodyweight 3 times daily and his symptoms started to improve just after a couple days. I kept him on this for an additional 2 weeks after just in case but he's fine now. If you have trouble giving your cat liquid supplements directly in the mouth try holding the scruff of their neck while in a comfortable position and blow gently into their nostrils - I use this trick for getting them to swallow pills too and it works every time!

I add this as a daily supplement to my cat's wet food as a preventative measure. He's prone to getting UTIs so we use this on the regular.
